An Editorial by Aleesha Stephenson

The theme of this issue is 'Within'; and creating this particular issue of Timeless Spirit has been an amazing experience. Firstly, Toria Betson has agreed to join our staff and work her magick 'within' the folds of our pages. She is our Technical Editor and Astrological Co-ordinator, taking charge of varying aspects of this publication. Secondly, the entire magazine flowed together with such synchronicity. One article came perfectly after another, each one resonating with the one before. You KNOW you're working your passion when everything falls together so beautifully!

The columnists in this issue even flowed together. It's so interesting to read their columns knowing each one didn't know what the others were writing about! This is, of course, the same for the writers in the article section. No one is told what others are going to be writing (sometimes I don't even know what they'll send in for the issue - other than following the 'theme'). I just love the way the issue twists and turns, each writer finding a different aspect of the theme, but even so there is such continuity 'within' them.

All the writers have such great information to share, and I hope you find the time to read the entire issue and allow the flow of the articles to resonate within you. Beginning at the first article and moving page by page (notice the black cat waiting to take you to the next page)... allow the visions and words of our writers and the flow of this magazine to take you on a journey.

The cover image is so spellbinding. When I look 'within' the windows, imagining who lives inside... what their lives are like... I find myself in a wondrous dimension. Steve is extremely talented and I thank him for allowing me to use his work 'within' my vision in this magazine.

Donna Doherty is shining her light on the chakra system. Many people see their chakras as small discs of colour, which reside 'within' our physical and spiritual bodies; but they are so much more. In issues to come, Donna will share her extensive knowledge with us, assisting us all to deepen our understanding of our chakras, thereby developing a healthy relationship between our consciousness and our physical bodies. She'll teach us how to care for them, by aligning and working 'with' them rather than against them!

'Within' the article section we have Anja's interpretation of the meanings of the Tarot. Each issue we hope to share someone's interpretation with you, as there is no 'right' way to give a reading. By shining our light on the many different variations we are hopeful your ability to pick up the Tarot for the first time, or continue with it, will be enhanced by this new addition to our article section.

In this issue we profile (The Envelope Please...) a talented poet and writer, Bill Angell. He's agreed to bless us with a regular column of meditations - another of his many talents. I hope you take the time to "Meditate a Moment", and get to know him.

I hope you enjoy the treasures 'within' this issue and discover a greater depth 'within' yourself at the same time. This magazine is here to enlighten. I hope it fulfills this task for each one of you.
