The Baroque Bohemian Cats' Tarot Karen Mahony and Alex Ukolov ISBN #: 0-9545007-2-5 This deck may, at first glance, seem like one which is 'silly' - having cats dressed up in costumes… but instead this is a delightfully rich tool for self-exploration. First and foremost, the cats were not dressed up… instead with the wonderful use of computer graphics they were 'placed' within the image of each costume; all of which were created in miniature with great attention to accuracy of detail. Exquisitely created, from background to costume, everything is historically breathtaking and doesn't look 'computerized' at all. So if you, or someone you love, adores cats (or perhaps even worships them as we all know cats surely love to be worshipped!) and love the tarot… then a copy of this deck is a must-have! I found this deck to be a welcome distraction when I was dealing with some heavy issues. Having a beautiful feline showing me the way out of my stagnation was, in my experience, a bit gentler than some of the other decks I've used.
