The Hearth Foundation is where I have been learning how to be a better mother, a better woman, a better wife and better human being. You do not have to be a Buddhist to study it's principles and learn the lessons - but as a Buddhist… the teachings I have experienced here have changed me deeply. Through the assistance of the classes I have taken I have learned how to meditate in a completely different way than I did before. Much more rejuvenating. I have become calmer, more patient and more kind than I ever knew I could be. The new me is still changing and growing and I honour and respect the lessons I have been blessed with.
Buddhist teachers do not ask for money for classes. They give of their time freely - but they do still have all the same expenses as the rest of us. Please donate to assist this Foundation so it can continue to assist others to grow and live a happier, more peace-filled life. namaste' Aleesha.
