Mystical Paths by Rev. Cheryl Jewett-Brown Ph.D. Mystical Paths Dear God, my journey through grief becomes a mystical journey               of Biblical proportions. Confronting fears and doubts always requires               an element of trust and faith. Dear Sweet God-Spirit, shine your Healing Light into my very beingness. Let it bring an ease to this ride I must traverse. A fullness of heart, and a soothing of mind. Gently, lead me through this valley of death ,               through the melodious meadows of colour and sound,               up to the majestic heights of Love, Wisdom, & Compassion. And ultimately, Surrender to what is. You, Sweet Spirit, are my comfort,               the catalytic vessel for my wild and irrational imaginings. With Your Healing Power and Presence, soothe my body and mind in exquisite ways only You can share. Thanks be to God. And, so it is. Affirmation I open my heart and mind to the healing ways of the Dear Sweet God-Spirit. Cheryl, from Michigan, says, "Having had Multiple Sclerosis for almost thirty years, I've learned much about adapting and squeezing joy out of life. Therefore, I am a metaphysical minister who believes God is in everything, everywhere. And, the Sweet God-Spirit surely lives in my little Maya-puppy, who kept me connected with life after my youngest son was killed in a freak automobile accident ten years ago."
