Deck Reviews Los Scarabeo I am reviewing - well I suppose really highlighting a few Los Scarabeo decks within this one page for you all. These are decks which I can't really see myself using with clients, but they are a pleasure to own in my collection! I know there are many of you who are collectors as well, and so, I thought it might be nice to showcase a few decks for you all. The first deck I'd like to share is the new Cleopatra Tarot. Designed by Etta Stoico and Sivana Alasia this deck unites Egyptian astrology with the tarot. The deck is dedicated to Cleopatra and it synthesizes the religious and astrological culture of that time through 78 Egyptian divinities. The next deck I'd like to share is the new Tarot of the Holy Grail. Anyone interested or knowledgable in Freemasonry would have a much greater understanding of this deck as divining with this tarot one must understand and comprehend the story infused with the events within each card. The next deck I'd like to share is the new Tarot of Jane Austen. Designed by Diane Wilkes and Lola Airaghi, this deck was inspired by Jane Austen, the famous author of "Pride and Prejudice", "Emma", "Mansfield Park" and "Sense and Sensibility". Using imagery from these books within the cards, you are taken back to the 19th century. The suits are Candlesticks (Wands), Teacups (Cups), Quills (Swords), and Coins (Pentacles). The next deck I'd like to share is the new Kamasutra Tarot. Erotic and Spiritual Tarot cards, this deck is designed to be a tool for sex magick rather than a divinatory tool for readings. You can read a detailed review of this deck at Aeclectic Tarot. The final deck I'd like to share is the new UFO Tarot. Designed by Arturo Picca, the UFO Tarot is for any enthusiasts who are interested in extraterrestrial phenomena. The major arcana are inspired by the myths and the figures of past UFOlogy. The minors are tied to different types of extraterrestrial beings which live in our imagination. All of these decks are published by Los Scarabeo and can be purchased at Tarot Garden. Just click on the name of the deck to order directly from them. Reviewed by
