Tides of Change are flowing through my life with great ease. My spiritual self has grown tremendously since our last issue, as has the health of my physical being. I'm almost half way through a 92-day Juice Feast and our interview this month is with David and Katrina who run this feast for thousands of people each year. You'll see by their interview and by reviewing their site that is a health-giving, life-honouring way to remove dis-ease and toxins from not only your body but your environment. My house is so much cleaner since beginning this feast. You simply cannot exist in clutter when you are detoxing your body.

You'll find a lot of information about change in this issue, be sure to read at least the first paragraph of every article, you may be surprised at how much you resonate with it, even if you didn't find interest in the title! Hidden treasures abound in this issue!

As with the tides… changes happen here at TSM. John Sacelli has sailed on to other shores and I would like to take a moment to thank him for all he has contributed to Timeless Spirit Magazine… helping me to make this publication the wonderful eclectic work that it is. Thanks John, I wish you well in all you do! If you haven't picked up a copy of his deck "AngeLynx" yet, I highly recommend you do!

As the tides rise and fall so does our breath. When we spend time each day focusing on our breathing it brings us a deeper sense of serenity in to our day to day experiences. It is with great pleasure that I announce to you all - my Buddhism teacher, Jacqueline Kramer has joined us as a regular columnist! Her new column "Breathe Wisdom" is a welcomed and blessed addition to our family of columnists here. May she touch your life as deeply as she has touched mine.

Speaking of touching lives. One of our regular columnists, Melissa Gilbert, is going through a very difficult time right now. She's in great need of public support and generosity. She is homeless. It saddens me greatly to see this little family without the safety of 4 walls right now. You can read the entire story here. If you have an extra $10, $20 or more, please consider sending a donation to them. She has two e-books she's also selling, so if you want a copy of one or both, please be sure to email me after you've made your donation and I'll send you a copy!. We need to get them into a home soon. You can read my updates about her situation in her blog. Also, anyone interested in purchasing advertising on this magazine - until Melissa and her boys are in a house, all monies will go directly to them.

I am, once again mentioning our forum. Many of the sections are not visible to those of you who are not members of the forum, but once you join, you'll see the other sections. We have a handful of members and we're bonding and sharing - getting to know each other. I hope you will come join us. We laugh a lot, share deeply and are creating a place of support - it's an honour to be part of this process.

A Raw-Vegan, Reiki Master Teacher, who lives her Buddhist, Shamanic, with many eclectic Pagan beliefs, she home-schools two of her three spiritually enlightened children as her eldest has graduated and moved on to the school of life.
