I have an attitude. I have a few of them. *laughing* Hopefully this issue of Timeless Spirit will assist us all to look at our attitudes and heighten them, focus or refocus them - depending on our needs.

You'll notice we have a few more reviews in this issue. I've take a bit of a break from reviewing items but these ones are so wonderful, I just had to share them with you all.

I'd also like to welcome Phil to our group of columnists. He's been writing with us for awhile now and I'm here to announce, with great enthusiasm that he is here to stay! So be sure to check out "Po and the Stones" - our new rock band of friends! AND he's graced us with writing the meditation column for this issue as well!

A Raw Foodist, Reiki Master Teacher, who lives her Buddhist, Shamanic, with many eclectic Pagan beliefs, she home-schools two of her three spiritually enlightened children as her eldest has graduated and moved on to the school of life.
