Gilded Tarot Ciro Marchetti ISBN #: 0-7387-0520-9 Breathtaking. Exquisitely beautiful. This deck is one of those rare treasures. As you spend time uncovering the depth of the images, the detail in which they have been created - you discover a bond, a kinship with them. The intricatcy of the artwork is truly beyond your expectations! So often when I review a deck, I pull cards to perform a reading and each card says a word or two. Actually getting a reading is like pulling teeth! But this isn't the case with this deck. Each card speaks volumes all on its own and when you string a layout together - you are blessed with a reading which is rounded and complete - and that's even before you use the companion book (written by Barbara Moore) to further deepen your understanding of each card. Of course I can't possibly review this deck without mentioning the wonderful little tarot bag they include with it… a delicate sheer black organdy bag! It adds an elegant touch to this truly breathtaking deck. Come… join all of those before you (and after you)… bring this deck into your collection and use it often.
