I want to begin by thanking those of you who emailed me with condolences regarding my Mom, Magi Frost. Every one of them touched me deeply. Thank you for your kindness. (((hugs)))

I think this is one of my very favourite issues - the articles and columns this time around are so beautiful… I consider myself truly blessed being able to publish their words. I hope their words touch you as deeply as they have me.

We have four very special opportunities with this issue. We have a couple of wonderful give-aways and so we are going to run two little contests with you all.

• One entry per person.

• Include another paragraph sharing with us what Timeless Spirit Magazine has brought to your life and if you have any suggestions for us, please feel free to share those as well.
• Your (edited) letters may be published in future issues of Timeless Spirit Magazine but your email address and last name will never be shared.
• The contest will be open from March 1st, 2009 until March 15th, 2009. The winners will be contacted via email. (That's eleven winners in total!)
• You cannot send one entry for both, you must send an entry for each contest. Be sure to put "Wheatgrass Contest" or "Food Matters Contest" in the subject line of your email(s).
