To do it, or leave it… that is the question. How many times have you come to a situation in your life where you don't know if you should just leave it alone, ignore it and hope that perhaps it'll just go away, or if you should jump in with both feet and just deal with it?

That's where I was recently. I discovered some things about a friend that I wasn't very happy about. I didn't know if I should just keep these things to myself and continue on with the friendship as is or if I should bring everything out into the open. I chose the latter.

But how many times are we there? It is at these crossroads that lessons are either learned, or not. Our path may take an entirely different direction. It's all up to us… our life truly is in our own hands.

Dealing with life fully with total awareness certainly isn't the easy road, but if you ask yourself "Will sweeping things under the rug over the long run be a lot more difficult than dealing with them?" When we sweep something it eats at us. We find ourselves thinking about it in the middle of the night, when we're driving, going for a walk… it's almost like it takes over our brain!

Action versus inaction. Such a simple question but it has so many implications. If we act, who are we involving in that action? If we choose to not act, who is affected by that choice? So often it's not just about us… (let's be honest here, it's never just about us!) others are always involved in every choice we make, every action we do or do not initiate. We think that we should leave things status-quo rather than rocking the boat but remember… stagnation does not serve anyone and aren't you taking away yours and the other person's opportunity for a lesson, for learning, for more development by refusing to take action?

So many questions and you are the only one who can make the choice. My advice to you - choose wisely! We are not here to coast through life. We are here to live it! So go ahead and live yours - to the fullest and to the best of your ability.

May the Goddess shine Her light on our actions removing deceit and stagnation. Opening us up for whatever She has coming in next. Strap on your skis, after all, life is a ride to be experienced!
