Astral Travel for Beginners by Richard Webster ISBN #: 1-56718-796-X Richard Webster has, once again, written a book full of really great information. He explains the history of astral travel, which I found extremely interesting. When he does get to the point of explaining the "how-to's of Astral Travelling" he begins with baby steps and assists you to slowly progress with each chapter. He even offers you suggestions on how you can verify your travels. I found this book full of great information and even though I wasn't able to astral travel myself, I still strongly recommend this book to others who wish to attempt this inexpensive form of travelling the world!
