Raw For Life DVD I really like the way this DVD was created. You can tell, listening to all the people who are sharing their beliefs and opinions… that nothing is scripted. It's all real. Like the food they are promoting… real live food. This is real live discussion. I felt like I was sitting in a room listening to different friends talking about health and Raw living. There are a lot of well-respected intelligent people in this DVD. David Wolfe, Fred Bisci Ph. D., Victoria Boutenko, Morgan Spurlock (from Super Size Me) to name a few of the 30 experts who grace this DVD. They all talk about what they know, not what they think, but what they know! From their own personal experiences and from the people around them. They cover many different topics. More than I even imagined would be discussed. Everything from diabetes and heart disease to the spiritual aspects of eating Raw. Such topics as weight reduction, athletic performance, detoxification and cleansing! And then there's the recipe section! You have to watch how easy it is to prepare the food! I hope you'll pick up a copy of this DVD and share it with your friends, neighbours and anyone else you can think of.
