Turn It Around - the movie - DVD Byron Katie One of the greatest gifts I ever gave myself was "The Work." There was a time, a few years ago, when I was extremely depressed. I was suicidal and felt like I couldn't take another breath. My pain was obvious to all the people around me - etched on my face. I had discovered "The Work" but wasn't able to do it. I couldn't wrap my head around the concept of doing "The Work." A dear friend came to me and offered to walk me through the questions. It changed my life! It saved my life actually. The clarity I received from "The Work" altered the way I saw my life. It altered the way I viewed the people around me and especially the person/situation I was so upset about. From that moment on my life was altered. Now I see everyone as unique and I no longer look to them to find peace. I no longer put my negative feelings on them - they are mine and I have the choice to release them!
