Sitting with your feet flat on the floor, feel the weight of the Earth Star deep within the Earth pulling you firmly towards it. Allow an energy cord to descend from the Heaven Star, down through the atmosphere and into the top of your head. Slowly draw this energy down through you body until it gently comes out your feet, flowing deep into the earth and melding into the Earth Star. All of your stress, negativity and dis-eases are flowing down through this light-cord and finding themselves recycled within the compost of the Earth Herself as She turns the old, decaying energy into food for new life and growth.

Allowing yourself to stay with this… feeling tension slowly draining down your light-cord… making its way to the Earth Star and lovingly being transformed into nourishment for another soul. Experience the connection we have with others, as our negative energies, no longer contained within our body, mind and soul are transformed into healing energy for others. Knowing that by releasing our old outmoded habits and energies, we can refresh and enlighten others. Touching their lives, simply by focusing on releasing the old.

As the energy continues to flow from you, into the earth… allow yourself to visualize a garden, early in the spring as it begins to awaken from its slumber. Knowing the winter brought rest and revitalization to it so the work of growth can be achieved and the harvest of fall will come to fruition. This winter energy is vital to all life.

Thank Mother Earth for Her assistance, as she brings healing energy into you as you release your negativity. Feel the cycle of the Earth and know you are cherished and safe within it.
