Fresh The Ultimate Live-Food Cookbook Sergei and Valya Boutenko ISBN#: 978-1-55643-708-3 Fresh is an excellent and refreshing raw-foods book. The Boutenko children have showed their passion and love of live foods, it shines like light through the pages in their written words and over 250 amazingly wonderful recipes. Together Sergei and Valya cover 15+ years of experiences with eating raw foods, including travel, being a raw-vegan child, and how to handle social situations. We know living the raw lifestyle has an effect on our relationships and they touch on this topic in Fresh as well. I was thrilled to see all the beautiful colour photos of their creations, in particular I was very pleased to see the section on wild edibles, recipes and photos of all the plants we can eat from the wild. Their photos make them easily identifiable to untrained eyes. I am a fan of wild edibles and it was exciting for me to see a section chocked full of yummy recipes. Fresh is a beautiful book and it would make a wonderful addition to any raw-vegan's book collection. It was a very informative read and the recipes are a treat to eat.
