Sitting with your feet flat on the floor and your hands laying gently on your knees, palms facing upward, slowly close your eyes and begin to focus on your breathing. Allow yourself to slow your breathing down and feel your breath as you breathe in and out.

Visualize a star up high in the heavens. A beam of light is coming out of the star and down through the atmosphere… into the top of your head. It slowly makes it's way down your head to your neck. Moving down your spine to your hips; down your legs, past your knees and into your ankles. The light slowly moves out the bottom of your feet and down, deep into the earth.

Allow the energy to continue traveling downwards until it reaches the centre of the earth. As the light connects to the Earth Star you see this star send a beam of light back up through the earth and into your feet. Up your legs, your spine and out the top of your head and up, up, up, through the heavens back up to the Heaven Star.

Now focusing again on your body, feel the muscles in your face relax. Allow your neck to relax, your back, all the way down your body to your feet. The relaxation has spread to your entire body and you feel very centred and peaceful.

Visualize an egg. As you watch this egg you see it slowly begin to grow. The pores on the surface are visible to you as it gets larger and larger. What colour is your eggshell?

As you look carefully at the egg, you begin to notice you are looking at its reflection and you are in the egg.

Now take a moment and focus on a wish. Not anything too complex. Something simple you desire in your life. Don't create a huge story around it, just a simple scenario. Now breathe deeply. Allow your body to take in your wish. Feel it begin to grow inside of you just as you are growing inside your egg.

Sit and allow the feeling of this wish to move throughout your body until you are saturated with it; feeling it in your fingertips, toes, and even in your veins.

Inhale deeply and then exhale… allowing you to stay in your centre, knowing your wish is now growing within you and you don't need to focus on it any longer.

As you continue growing you feel your shell tightening around you.

Take your fingers and feel the inside of your egg. Touch the texture.

Now ready yourself for your birth knowing your wish is being birthed within you at the same time. Push your hands against the walls of your shell and feel it fall away. You don't need to force it, as the time is right for you to be birthed and so nature moves with you and assists you to emerge from your shell.

Slowly feel yourself unfolding. Feel the warm touch of the sun on your face and back. As you begin to stretch your legs and arms, know you are safe within your body; and when you feel the time is right, slowly open your eyes allowing your new self to adjust to this reality.

Know this moment is truly a new beginning for you and smile at the possibilities awaiting you.
