The Art of Belly Dance (for Beginners) - DVD by IAMED If you have been wanting to learn belly dancing but you prefer to learn in the privacy of your home this DVD can assist you with that dream! 97 minutes long, this is a very well rounded production. They take you step by step - very slowly with lots of different camera angles so you learn the basic steps - because a good foundation is very important! Then they have a great workout; which you can do daily to not only increase your skills as a dancer, but also to get into better shape. You also get to see the real deal: Two great performances, in two very different styles! I especially enjoyed this part because it showed me you can create this dance into whatever you desire, just by letting your hands and hips lead you into your own style.
