Sitting comfortably in your chair and grounding yourself, allow your mind to drift off, into a place where stress and distractions do not exist.

Visualize yourself sitting on a log deep in the forest. Allow yourself to begin to melt into the ground… starting with your feet. Allow them to just melt, and as they do, feel that sensation move up your legs past your knees, into your thighs and fill your buttocks. Slowly moving up your back, one vertabrae at a time until this melting sensation reaches your shoulders, your neck and moves into your face, relaxing your lower jaw, your upper jaw, your cheeks, your eyes, your forehead and the top of your head.

You have completely melted into the ground… expanding… you are a puddle, open to the light and warmth of the Sun. Drink in the loving, healing energy of light.

Now the day turns to night and the Moon comes into the sky. Feel Her loving touch as Her moonbeams caress deeply within you.

Allow these energies to meld within you, filling you with love, opening you to the possibilites of life… feel yourself as limitless.

When you are ready, return to your body knowing you are a child of the Goddess and the God and you are limitless with possibilies, now and forever.
