Walk Your Talkwith Aleesha Stephenson Dream. I love this word. I love the feeling of dreaming your life into reality. Sitting down and allowing your Self to focus on what it is you really want to manifest in your life and then writing it down in detail. Setting it aside and allowing it to come to fruition. Dreaming is so powerful. 15 years ago, I loved to dream about what and how my life would be. I would sit down and imagine the most amazing me I could create with my imagination. I would see myself as a strong, independent woman - confident in her skin. Able to communicate with people in a loving, respectful manner. Earning her living in an honest, spiritually enlightening way. I'd imagine a man in my life who respected my choices, never stood in my way because he was walking beside me - quietly supporting me in everything I did. It is such a joy - 15 years later to be living the reality I dreamed for myself. Only this reality is even better than I dreamed! My relationship with my hubby is so strong and grounded. I hope that his experience of me supporting him is as gentle as my experience of how he supports me. I absolutely love everything about my life.
The only thing my life is lacking is more abundance flowing into my life. I believe this is because I've never been focused on money. I figure it's really just a means to exist and so having enough to exist is all I've manifested for my Self. I honestly can't say I would change this, if given the option. Of course, I'd love to have a lot of money so I could assist many people who are in need. Being able to be a philanthropist is a dream I have for my Self - and is something I live daily. I try to give generously from the heart. Whether it's time or money. Whatever works in that moment. One of my greatest joys has been assisting Melissa Gilbert, her husband David and her son Alex. Being able to be there for them when they needed assistance and then taking their situation to a higher audience - and being able to raise enough money to keep them eating until their situation changed and they were no longer homeless means so much to me. I didn't allow their situation to be a faceless statistic. I cared. I stepped up to the plate and did everything I could do to make a difference in their lives and in that action I changed my life. The gift I received by assisting them is priceless. My heart has never felt so full. When Melissa was homeless I did this exercise with her and I'd like to take a moment to talk with you all about manifesting your dreams into reality. When you want to manifest something in your life, take out a piece of paper and a pencil. Since paper and pencil is "off the earth" it is a much better tool for manifestation. Write down, in detail what it is you want. Make sure you also include what it is you don't want. Don't get so detailed as to make the outcome extremely difficult to manifest but at the same time, don't leave out important details. Finding a balance of what you want to include is something you want to achieve with this. I tell people if that detail doesn't really matter then leave it out. Only write down what does matter. For example: if you absolutely do not want another boyfriend who drinks - then add it in your list. Adding hair colour - well - does it really matter what colour his hair is? If it doesn't, then leave that detail out. If you need two bathrooms in the home you are manifesting, then add it in. I'm sure you are getting the idea. When you are done, take the piece of paper and fold it and bury it in your sock drawer. The most important part of manifesting is to write your list and then just let it go. As I always say, "Let go and let God/dess." Now wait on the will of heaven - knowing the Universe is moving in ways it never would have, simply because of your work on manifesting your dream(s). Be sure to only ask for what is truly important - if you ask for too much chances are you won't get any. So consider everything you are doing and if your true dream at this time is a new home then just focus on that. If it's a life partner, then allow this to be your focus. "Until one is committed, there is hesitancy, the chance to draw back. Concerning all acts of initiative (and creation), there is one elementary truth that ignorance of which kills countless ideas and splendid plans: that the moment one definitely commits oneself, then Providence moves too. All sorts of things occur to help one that would never otherwise have occurred. A whole stream of events issues from the decision, raising in one's favor all manner of unforeseen incidents and meetings and material assistance, which no man could have dreamed would have come his way. So go ahead, dream your dreams - live your life to the fullest. Allow yourself to manifest what you truly desire in life. After all, being insignificant does not serve others! As Marianne Williamson so beautifully said "Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others." So shine! Be the best YOU you can be. Live your life to the fullest and show everyone around you that happiness IS possible!
